Good to hear... I think it's important to discuss these things. I've noticed that after every one of Robert's shows we get people come here from both sides of the political spectrum. I consider this discord server as being like detoxing from echo chambers. Some come from the left spouting that rhetoric. Some come from the right repeating those mantras. And at some point, we figure out how to talk with each other and share ideas. I find it cathartic. @DisenchantedTruth

@james j My wife is not a fan of Newsom. I can take or leave him. His hypocrisy is tiresome, but he's always caught between a rock and a hard place - he will never please everyone. His CoVid announcement was a mixed bag. He changed his classifications again. Instead of by county, he's now identified 5 zones - anything to make it more confusing. But he laid out a bunch of programs for helping businesses and acquired 9 facilities around the state and had them outfitted with thousands of beds to deal with the surge of CoVid patients. He's stockpiled PPE - 40m more units than are in the national stockpile - some 600m units. 20K ventilators, etc. So, mixed bag.

And for anyone that wants to take up the metaphysical arguments about “the burden of proof” perhaps we can take that to another discord someday. I understand there are legal applications.
