The Lin Wood case they said he failed to state a particularized injury and the electors are certified as Bidens so the lawsuit is moot. They followed up that the hundreds of affidavits of vote counting issues and misconduct do not belong in a federal court and to take it back to the state court and stop bugging them 🤣

Oh ok so they are requesting he consider the case for scotus. I was trying to see the full case brought to court seemed what people were suggesting.

They arent all nuts but yeah the poor sift job they did to yield hundreds of affidavits of minor complaints per state. These were specifically the Gerogia ones. They were just like all these minor complaints cant like voltron into a federal issue

I'm curious as to where you're getting that these are minor complaints? I watched the hearings all last week. The complaints are of systemic cheating. So similar in the different states that it's easy to conclude that it was organized from a central source. They're not petty by any means.

They like to hold up a huge stack of paper and say look at all these affidavits without much talking about their contents which is internet rumors and phone bank callers. This ranted from I saw a guy with a BLM shirt to I dont know what green buttons and trays do to I got lost in the building to I couldnt ask enough questions to I dont know how envelopes work to I dont know where votes came from or went to people were rude to me to I couldnt get in to see.

And multiple accusations of the same thing from unaffiliated people is compelling evidence
