@Huila The Texas filing is pure theater... Since when does one state have any standing to complain about how another state conducts its business... They are just hoping to drum up popular support in the Trump base to set up a case for trying to invalidate the electors in the US Legislature. "We tried to get SCOTUS to act, but they didn't have the backbone to do it, so we have to..." It's attempting to lay the groundwork justification for the coup that they think they can get away with.

Did Texas just sue the other battleground states? Is that even legal?

The Supreme Court has taken up cases in the past that are State vs State.

Well, there's one argument to be made about standing, if what another state does how it conducts its election affects all other states in the union. 🤷 It's a longshot, but not entirely invalid.

I did... Did you read the PA response that they posted this morning? It takes apart the Kelly case. And when that is decided, the TX case will be moot.
