Will be dam it
Will trump supporters accept scouts response if they denied the case . Like how in the beginning they said “courts decide”
so the SCOTUS case is not a fraud case it's a procedural case ... it is alleged that the states didn't follow the US Constitution in running their election and thus infringed upon the voters in the states that did ... there is no allegation of fraud
It supposes that there was fraud and that their states were injured
I don’t see it as a viable case
There is fraud but ‘not enough’ to overturn
If they focus on the state constitution they have no case at all
Not a federal issue
That was the ruling in the AZ suit
Not necessarily fraud but ‘mistakes’
The az suit found .03 error in the audit
On 100 ballots
Or something
No they did a thousand or so
But on 1500 .05
They found 2 in the 100
Right
.05
As a Trump voter and constitution supporter (not a trump “supporter”) yes I will.
Or.5
Let’s see if any other trump supporters agree come decision day
Across the 52k ish duplicated ballots.
Unless the Krakken appears it’s not looking good
The Kraken is a mythical creature...
Outright trump supporters wont. But you understand the difference.
305 Special Intelligence Battalion
I thought it was a giant squid?
It’s called relenting
with the sample size of the duplicated ballots they did in AZ, the projection onto the entire population of duplicated ballots of the results from the sample is within 3 percent of true with 99 percent confidence level ... assuming random sampling etc.
@meglide, you just advanced to level 19!
When you’re getting your ass kicked you don’t say yeah give me more
Now where will I and others like me stand when the nation is cut in half between crazy trumpers and crazy commies? Thats a more interesting question I hope not to have to answer.
The Kraken is real, I can feel it in my heart...🥒
The Democrats out did the hapless Reps 10 months ago
It was after the additional 1500 that were audited.
yes
Ok @Phil , first I want to thank you for providing the link.
2nd, I'm lagging by almost 20 minutes, so my comments may seem way out of context.
3rd, if you go to page 9 of the document (pg. 15 of the .pdf), you see the verbiage "controvers[y] between two or more States" .... that's where I'm seeing the setup. Think in terms of Hobsian Contractarianism, assume there is not law, not of nature, nor God, nor human, but that which two or more contractors agree to. Now recognize, regardless your possition on the above, no moral obligations exist but those which are mutally honored by parties involved, and enforced by parties involved.
Now, here is the kicker, what was Texas original 19th Century agreement upon entering into Union with The United States?
This was talked about on the internet way back about 5 or 6 years ago, but people have forgotten. Texas, is the only state which, as part of it's original legal contract with the at the time existing states of the union, included that it already has standing approval to succeed from the Union ... I don't have the time or expertise to go all the way into detail while I'm sitting here...but I was a Texas Citizen for 16 years before I quite Hewlett-Packard and moved to Belize ... I lived walking distance form the capitol, and I used to read and talk about these things all the time....I think the argument they are slowly building up to is along the lines of "Ya'll 50 states better get ya'll 'lection shit figured out ... or you're fixin' to be 49"
