Who was not laughing?@JD~Jordan

2020-12-12 02:37:06 UTC

Well given that the SCOTUS declined to even accept Cert... they didnt legislature from the bench. If they felt that the lower courts had done so then they would have grander Cert and we would have an opinion.

2020-12-12 02:37:10 UTC

But we dont

2020-12-12 02:37:31 UTC

@JD~Jordan yeah that has nothing to do with my statement

2020-12-12 02:37:33 UTC

LOL, this Uncivil Law guy is a trip. "Do you think Biden and the Democrats are following the law? If you want them to follow the law, you should follow the law"...

"When I am weak I ask you for mercy, because that is according to your principles. When I am strong, I give none, because that is according to mine".

2020-12-12 02:37:52 UTC

Because the Texas case was crap.... the Kelley case was crap (tho slightly less stinky - nonetheless crap)

2020-12-12 02:38:14 UTC

@DrSammyD yeah the 'principled loser' schtick of the gop is getting old

2020-12-12 02:39:04 UTC

like... cato institute and pragerU vids about locke are not going to get young people to vote for you

2020-12-12 02:41:39 UTC

anyone know when the new expanse season is coming out?

2020-12-12 02:41:39 UTC

@ImNotGas, you just advanced to level 18!

2020-12-12 02:41:46 UTC

I should move to Texas

2020-12-12 02:42:00 UTC

why? you like californians?

2020-12-12 02:42:21 UTC

Heh

2020-12-12 02:42:25 UTC

really doesnt matter where you move tbh

2020-12-12 02:42:28 UTC

every place is the same

2020-12-12 02:42:37 UTC

blue cities and red rural

2020-12-12 02:42:47 UTC

besides tax rates and what not

2020-12-12 02:42:58 UTC

Tax rates are the best reason to move

2020-12-12 02:43:04 UTC

Well... that is not true at all..... I live in a red state but the city I live in is fairly progressive. Its not a big city

2020-12-12 02:43:14 UTC

@JD~Jordan you are agreeing with me

2020-12-12 02:43:21 UTC

blue cities

2020-12-12 02:43:22 UTC

red rural

2020-12-12 02:43:36 UTC

almost every city of any size is blue

2020-12-12 02:43:37 UTC

No.! Well, yes, my sister lives there. Was born n raised there. But am in Arizona now. Is smaller n has Ducey for governor. Hmmmm. Something to think about

2020-12-12 02:43:46 UTC

some more blue than others obviously

2020-12-12 02:43:52 UTC

Knoxville will not be the same as san fran

2020-12-12 02:43:56 UTC

Nope, not at all..... Many cities went Red here this time... more so than the norm

2020-12-12 02:44:01 UTC

eh?

2020-12-12 02:44:02 UTC

thats promising

2020-12-12 02:44:14 UTC

i wonder what a red city in a blue state would be like

2020-12-12 02:44:24 UTC

Hello im new here! Whats the options trump have left now? Martial law! Insurrection act?

2020-12-12 02:44:32 UTC

Knoxville (unless I am badly mistaken was not Blue)

2020-12-12 02:44:35 UTC

@vonmalm you basically summed it up, no options

2020-12-12 02:44:49 UTC

@Zuluzeit documentation of past acts & reasons for the warrant in question provides prospective. When I saw the city where I was born and grew up in being pulled apart I found Officer Tatum https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TQ3x24-OKQ&ab_channel=TheOfficerTatumyoutube platform - he had loads of documentation in his later programs which provided clarity. Her death is a tragedy, the situation is a tragedy. The saddest thing is IF POLICE had implemented the no knock warrant instead of knocking it could have had a better ending.

2020-12-12 02:44:51 UTC

let me double check, pretty sure knoxville has a blue government

2020-12-12 02:44:52 UTC

People that have lived Az and Texas like Texas better.

2020-12-12 02:44:55 UTC

Pretty sure it went for Trump
