I talked about the right victimizing their own base convincing them that they should fear the left because they are communists and China-lovers intent of the destruction of democracy and the US itself. There are people on this channel constantly doing this - and others 100 and thumbs up emojis in support of these wholly unAmerican viewpoints.
And... Yes... there are those on the left that have accused Trump of being Authoritarian, Totalitarian or even fascistic. But I haven't seen much of that on this server. And I have posted opposition to anyone that has expressed anything like this. But I really don't see the same level vitriol for the right rank and file - it seems to be singularly focused on Trump himself.
There are a few folks that say they want a complete collapse of the government, but they are doing that for effect, mostly.
Nobody is pro-China - except American corporations that have moved American manufacturing jobs to China in order to force the American workforce into submission. I've posted before that if corporations were made to pay for the cost of the US Navy policing the trans-oceanic shipping lanes, there is no way that it is more cost-effective to manufacture our goods overseas. Keeping Americans divided and blaming each other is just good business for them. Once we all figure this out, we'll be able to take our country back. And by "we" I mean the American workforce.
Neither Trump nor Biden is going to fix that without the American people making their will known.
And @Whithers ... I am not wrong. You're falling for the red herring. I have faith that American democracy can come out on top, but not if "they" are successful in dividing the American people.
