@KillerSmurf “Army records indicate that Merritt never served in intelligence and did not complete his Advanced Individual Training (AIT) required to work in the field.”

It's not just that her experts suck. By law we setup bipartisan neutral testing labs with all the correct information and tools to test dominion machines for shenanigans and that will 100% hold up in court and paper ballot counting verifies the vote. She wants to use neither of those things. What's Powell hiding?

2020-12-16 14:54:43 UTC

The fact she is either nuts or knows she is actively lying

2020-12-16 14:54:59 UTC

I guess whatever she wants to do at the end of her career for a quick cash grab

2020-12-16 14:55:32 UTC

actually one of her proposed remedies was a hand recount, note that she filed this complaint in GA after they had already done that for the entire state

2020-12-16 14:56:05 UTC

It’s kind of a terrible thing to do if it’s all for show

2020-12-16 14:56:45 UTC

If we want to use auditors to verify PCI legal compliance we have to use an auditor certified and trained to verify that security. I cant just find some guy that lives down the street that says I'm good at that tech stuff.

2020-12-16 14:57:11 UTC

Meaning she isn’t just some ditzy Lawyer that thinks she is breaking some crazy case

2020-12-16 14:57:59 UTC

I think there needs to be a review of every criminal case she did as a prosecutor

2020-12-16 14:58:17 UTC

She was a appellate lawyer

2020-12-16 14:58:23 UTC

Relatively successful

2020-12-16 14:58:29 UTC

She defended the Enron guys

2020-12-16 14:58:37 UTC

🤷 😂

2020-12-16 14:58:58 UTC

Enron 😡

2020-12-16 14:59:34 UTC

I heard some conservative guy on YouTube (bullis shared) that thought she went against Enron. Turns out she defended Enron

2020-12-16 15:26:20 UTC

Good morning! 🌞

2020-12-16 15:27:14 UTC

@james j The guy started his own IT firm in 2019 called Cyberoptyx, which specializes in building websites and setting up servers. Like I said, it doesn’t take an expert to do what’s in his affidavit. Anyone with some knowledge of the internet can use the same tools he did to trace domains and IP addresses. It’s really not hard

2020-12-16 15:29:16 UTC

@KillerSmurf Totally agree with you. I am an old school MCSE and feel I could trace the paths from voting night if showed the evidence.

2020-12-16 15:33:02 UTC

She knows... I'm guessing she's an "Ends justifies the means" type of person. She has plausible deniability, because Ramsland had "credentials" that made him seem expertish. He also introduced her to Spyder, who apparently used to work for/with Ramsland.

2020-12-16 15:37:38 UTC

Time may tell if Trump's Claims made about this Election are True. I point to many of his claims made it the past were that called Conspiracy Theories or out right lies by MSM and Political Parties. How many of his Claims have turned out to be True after some Time and exposure to Sunlight?

2020-12-16 15:39:03 UTC

@james j that and it just doesn't matter what this guy's background is. What is important is the contents of his report. Same with Dominion's CEO testimony yesterday. CEO told them yesterday here is how you can know that this report doesn't comport with our machines. Here is how you can do an independent audit. Here is where you can take the machines to have them independently audited. Here is how you can hand count the votes to know the machine is accurate. Here is how you can check the number of paper ballots against the poll book to know that extra ballots weren't stuffed into the machines. Don't have to or should you take the word of either the Dominion CEO or the plaintiff's expert witness. The state/county, if it so desires, do all these things independently and figure out the truth on its own.

2020-12-16 15:39:34 UTC

I repeat "May" and I'm willing to accept they May not...

2020-12-16 15:41:31 UTC

@KillerSmurf building a website and setting up serves seems like the least technical thing your could do. Remember this guy failed out of his AIT training then said he was expert (maybe not on purpose , when asked about it he said he made a mistake labeling himself as such and kind of blamed Powell for it). IT is a broad field and if all he does is set up websites and servers he isn’t doing all that much.

2020-12-16 15:42:49 UTC

@meglide I would go with the person that can break down what is in question, the procedure. The report was all speculation and opinion

2020-12-16 15:43:28 UTC

There was no breakdown of anything remotely technical

2020-12-16 15:43:49 UTC

right, it doesn't matter who they are, just independently verify their claims

2020-12-16 15:44:48 UTC

This doesn’t seem correct at all.

2020-12-16 15:45:14 UTC
2020-12-16 15:45:56 UTC

Some guy sets up a router in your house or activates your cell phone in the store doesn’t make them a IT expert

2020-12-16 15:46:06 UTC

Which seems like the level of expertise we are dealing with

2020-12-16 15:46:24 UTC

@james j If you can set up websites and servers, especially enough to make a living on it, you can trace domains and IP addresses.

2020-12-16 15:47:08 UTC

@KillerSmurf people make money off of minor technical things like a help desk and make a ton off the technologically illiterate

2020-12-16 15:47:21 UTC

His Testimony was only submitted to the Court as Expert Testimony and has not be accepted as such at this Time. The Respondents have the opportunity to counter it and challenge his Expert Status and/or Methods.

2020-12-16 15:47:31 UTC

You are making some big assumptions.

2020-12-16 15:48:21 UTC

What does tracing ip addresses have to do with auditing a voting machine. A 10 year old can trace a IP address @KillerSmurf

2020-12-16 15:49:02 UTC

Straight gangster

2020-12-16 15:49:24 UTC

My biggest question is that in one of the hearings they said they were able to capture packets from one of the machines. This is super interesting and yet they never produced these packets @KillerSmurf

2020-12-16 15:49:33 UTC

@yetiCodes what is the assumption

2020-12-16 15:51:13 UTC

You’re asserting that because IT is such a broad field, which it is, his actual capability could be very low.

2020-12-16 15:51:45 UTC

@james j Is the affidavit too technical for you? I’m a software developer and the tools he used and the logic he applied, I think, checks out.

2020-12-16 15:52:51 UTC

Which part of his affidavit checks out, where did he show any procedural information about what he did? @KillerSmurf
