i meant in an ironic sort of way

2020-12-20 20:29:11 UTC

Regulations like don't be able to bet both for and against success such that failing is more lucrative than making suastainable decisions. Regulations like having to retain enough cash to cover when you completely shit the bed at the expense of investors. You guys are just puking up 'regulation bad cuz socialism' positions where they are inappropriate. That's why this discussion is wonky.

2020-12-20 20:29:17 UTC

So did I....lol

2020-12-20 20:29:31 UTC

100%

2020-12-20 20:30:24 UTC

2020-12-20 20:30:43 UTC

I was driving and doing errands. This is a discussion that should have lasted about 30 seconds.

2020-12-20 20:31:29 UTC

@Zuluzeit is the arbiter of all conversations... Make conversations great again.

@Phil Deregulating and gutting the agencies to enforce it go hand in hand. You might want to look at deregulatory measures before making that claim.

2020-12-20 20:32:00 UTC

The average Conservative doesn’t understand regulations

2020-12-20 20:32:10 UTC

McGA

2020-12-20 20:32:11 UTC

Clearly not

2020-12-20 20:32:41 UTC

The fact that you can just buy up your competition is ridiculous.

2020-12-20 20:32:47 UTC

Like, actually ridiculous.

2020-12-20 20:33:44 UTC

And then expand your massive corporation into a conglomerate that buys up other markets as well.

2020-12-20 20:33:44 UTC

we at wolfsburg disagree

2020-12-20 20:33:56 UTC

Anti-Trust Laws.

2020-12-20 20:33:56 UTC

If you have the cash or credit? McGA or McGA ?

2020-12-20 20:34:16 UTC

That's the capital C, bro.

2020-12-20 20:34:18 UTC

2020-12-20 20:34:37 UTC

C & C ...

2020-12-20 20:34:45 UTC

freedom is having a lot of pizzas to chose from. Who makes them is irrelevant. we dont think that far ahead.

2020-12-20 20:35:24 UTC

freedom is also the freedom to be brainwashed into free market free consume.

2020-12-20 20:35:30 UTC

Ya'll complain about the liberal media, yet you also don't want to regulate markets.

2020-12-20 20:35:55 UTC

It's like 6 companies, my dudes.

2020-12-20 20:36:14 UTC

It's constant sliding scale, relativistic arguments of convenience. Nothing is thought through.

2020-12-20 20:36:34 UTC

That's all around.

2020-12-20 20:36:36 UTC

Massive conglomerate companies.

2020-12-20 20:36:50 UTC

CNC

2020-12-20 20:36:57 UTC

remember, it is the government that will take your guns away! Not the corporations producing the propaganda leading up to it.

2020-12-20 20:37:11 UTC

they have nothing to do with it.

2020-12-20 20:37:30 UTC

no connection there.

2020-12-20 20:38:06 UTC

Lol rolling grenades into the room

2020-12-20 20:39:01 UTC

They own these companies, but they also have plausible deniability.

2020-12-20 20:39:07 UTC

An Enabler has some Responsibility?

2020-12-20 20:39:10 UTC

So they don't get affected by your 'free market theory'

2020-12-20 20:40:36 UTC

@William Dinan Not in a free market, because everyone is free to chose.

2020-12-20 20:40:44 UTC

with the free will they have.

2020-12-20 20:41:01 UTC

Kinda hard to have any discussion at all when it's one big identifiable enemy without nuance.

2020-12-20 20:41:02 UTC

in fact, they always have this free will.

2020-12-20 20:41:28 UTC

It extends even to Fritzels kids, as long as they were not coerced.

2020-12-20 20:41:46 UTC

Just one of them, no? @Doc
