The procedure allowed room for human error and possible fraud. We were discussing voter irregularities and fraud and I showed you that case. Then you said that they should have brought it earlier. So I pointed out that the oral arguments happened in September which meant that the briefs were filed. You are denying that there is any proof of fraud. This case shows that there is room for fraud to occur and that the county was erroneous in its actions.

People are now taking an 'all-or-nothing' approach and that's dangerous for the country. Nothing will get fixed.

He is human, James. I would have a hard time predicting during a pandemic and election year as well. But a few years of bad predictions does not discredit his entire career.

2020-12-30 19:19:07 UTC

@Livingstone yes and they lost that case as it would disenfranchise people who took the pandemic seriously. That is not a fraud case

2020-12-30 19:19:31 UTC

We are living through V for Vendetta

2020-12-30 19:19:38 UTC

@Livingstone he was wrong about things from 2016 well before the pandemic

2020-12-30 19:20:17 UTC

Doomsaying is also extremely bad for the country.

The IRS is hiring 50% more people to do MORE AUDITS on small businesses to wipe out the ones that survive.
Meanwhile big Corps are allowed to operate while small businesses are closed.

Lincoln Project is an interesting one. I've following them for some time. Supposedly they're Republicans that want Trump gone and I can empathize with that. But it also seems they now want the Democrats to control the Senate. That I don't get.

2020-12-30 19:23:03 UTC

It's the opposite to Trump supporters just saying split the GOP and then we have one-party rule. (I don't know why they don't think this is exactly what will happen)

2020-12-30 19:26:41 UTC

There is a big difference between "room for fraud" and actual fraud. If widespread fraud - in the amount that could have overturned the election - occurred, the focus should be on proving that fraud actually occurred. With 8 weeks having passed, there has been plenty of time for that to happen. That is what the courts have been asking for.

The cases were asking for injunctions to prevent the election for moving forward. Those were denied, but Trump's team still had the obligation to go out and prove fraud - that's what the 100's of millions of dollars in the Trump legal fund should be spent on. They should be hiring private investigators to find people who voted fraudulently. Law enforcement officers who favored Trump could be investigating and making arrests. Why is that not happening? It would shut the Dems up immediately.

2020-12-30 19:27:35 UTC

well what they're going to find is that big corporations disguised as small businesses took the money for most of those PPP loans and the small businesses really weren't saved by these loans

2020-12-30 19:28:03 UTC

If this overturn attempt fails (and it will), we need to put our heads together and try to fix the system without "WE MUST OVERTURN YOUR RESULTS!" so we actually get some good, meaningful change done to the system, rather than leave it broken.

2020-12-30 19:29:40 UTC

Shell companies, placeholder companies, companies that pass money through to other companies, etc.

2020-12-30 19:32:26 UTC

They consider members of congress that support Trump to be the real RINO's. By getting Biden both houses, they are hoping to expose them and look to replace them in the coming elections. They also really hate Loeffler and Perdue.

They are also appealing to moderate/centrist Dems. It might be a decent strategy. Attack from the middle. Or they could just fizzle after they get Trump out of office from lack of a singular focus. Time will tell.

2020-12-30 19:32:56 UTC

@Maw all of the above

2020-12-30 19:32:58 UTC

Pretty sure the focus on small business is relative to finding money laundering and tax evasion from bigger corporations using small business.

2020-12-30 19:37:55 UTC

I guess the “recount of all ballots” at the State Farm Building in Fulton County will show the truth about election integrity there. I do think that the majority of Americans are truly on the same page when it comes to wanting to keep our republic. Despite jibes at my intelligence and misinformation about the stereotypical Trump supporters that were posted here, I do appreciate the discussion, so thank you for participating today.

2020-12-30 19:37:56 UTC

@Lorinda, you just advanced to level 2!

2020-12-30 19:39:12 UTC

If people are jibing at your intelligence, let me know. It's against the rules.

2020-12-30 19:39:59 UTC

Trump supporters are toothless bastards living in trailer parks? /S

2020-12-30 19:40:35 UTC

Might want to add an /s there. Don't think this person knows you.

2020-12-30 19:41:22 UTC

Thanks

2020-12-30 19:47:29 UTC

I just looked at every post that mentions you directly. Mine was the last to respond to you. I read it again to make sure that I did not make any disparaging remark to or about you. I did not. I attempted to provide a meaningful exchange of ideas/perspective. I hope you continue to participate.

2020-12-30 19:49:17 UTC

@TaLoN132 Thanks. It wasn’t you and I’d rather let it go this time!

2020-12-30 19:51:53 UTC

/s means sarcasm....

2020-12-30 19:52:30 UTC

Thanks! I thought so, but confirmed it with urban dictionary!

Watching another GA Legislative Hearing live today https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5ZP_HpBKos&ab_channel=RightSideBroadcastingNetwork . Evidence and substantiating evidence I had not seen before presented, including closeup video of Fulton County workers feeding votes from under the covered table (Atty testified that GA law prohibits covered tables in counting areas) running same ballots through repeatedly. Cobb County and Coffee County evidence presented, paired with videos and pics.

2020-12-30 19:55:42 UTC

I just did the math on it... If you eliminate CA/NY, Trump wins the popular vote by 37,439 votes. That's way closer than I thought.

2020-12-30 19:56:26 UTC

It's arguments like "'it is ILLEGAL in GA to have covered tables in counting areas' therefore overturn results" that make me wince and grimace.

2020-12-30 19:57:06 UTC

CA/NY? you mean

2020-12-30 19:58:26 UTC

Yes... Sorry.

2020-12-30 19:59:14 UTC

The Georgia Election machines are hooked up to internet "as we speak" nothing changes. My vote does not count. Elections are an illusion.

2020-12-30 19:59:35 UTC

Texas going blue in 2024

2020-12-30 19:59:51 UTC

I also think that people seem to forget the logistics involved in actually committing fraud. If people stopped to think about all the components and moving parts that have to come together perfectly, it is extremely daunting. Then you factor in the thousands of precincts and the hundreds of different ballot types for each sub-jurisdiction based on where people live and it becomes order of magnitude more complex.

2020-12-30 20:00:06 UTC

Well maybe 2028 I expect Texas to go more red in 2024
