Last I checked Rudy's still up attorney.
The BAR? Oh, it's still very relevant.
And so are those other attorneys...
They're not supposed to be lying to people. And you can't convince me that they believe this b*******.
There is no way.
Each state has a Board of Professional Responsibility.... they typically are the association that issues law licenses and can censor, suspend or even disbar an attorney
But what about the morality of just trying to do the right thing... This isn't a minor mix up.
There is a Federal Bar... but I honestly dont know much about it. Generally speaking if you are licensed to practice in a state you can practice in a federal court as well
Or a case of something being misspoken.
You're usually allowed in most cases, rather.
But you do have to ask for permission via motion IIRC.
Or are we talking about drinks?
I think you can get permission from federal courts to practice law in the court.
Only for specific cases.
Even if you pass the bar in a state you still have to be approved by the federal court to appear.
I think
I guess what I am saying or asking is that I dont believe there is a special law licenses for the federal system. You have to be licensed in a state and then file a request with the federal court in which you wish to bring a case
or appear
Exactly no different license required.
I prefer my bars to be smooth, so I can slide drinks to the end without spilling...
There was some issues about Rudy being able to practice in front of certain circuit courts and needing an assist... So, it probably depends on the court.
Im not sure honestly. I know that a younger lawyer that worked in my dad's firm had no problem appearing in a federal case. Just filed a motion and attached a copy of his State Lic
General Lee speaking in society people are supposed to be honest and ethical.
What you do outside of the courtroom usually isn't in the bar's scope, but there are exceptions.
E.g: Attorney-client relationships.
Getting all Confederate on us now???
Right... now with States is for sure different. Like a lawyer licensed in TN cannot practice in say Georgia without a motion filed with the court and generally an attorney that is licensed in GA to agree to be "co counsel" if only in the very basic sense
What?
I'm pretty sure honesty is like a thing.
The bar does however disbar people, if the conduct is egregious enough.
Yeppers
General Lee....
Sup Guys
It must have been a voice to text thing.
I got that...
It usually takes 1 egregious act and then showing no sign of getting better.
And they suspend law licenses.
likely speak to text.... by "generally" is always "General Lee"
Like the medical field.
