China is another red herring issue... The real problem is the fact that corporations moved US jobs overseas. Here is how it happened... remember the discussion last night about the top tax rate resulting in massive profit taking and a reduction in employee pay? Well, once employees started making less, corporations needed to reduce the cost of goods so that US public could afford them. They moved manufacturing overseas to reduce the cost of goods and further reduced US buying power in the process. To compensate, the Fed reduced interest rates and banks made it easier for people to borrow money.

At the same time, we had to increase military spending - particularly in the Navy - in order to protect the cross Pacific shipping lanes. If US corporations had to directly pay the cost of protecting the shipping lanes, there is no way that using cheap Asian labor would still result in cheaper goods. It's all a big sham on the American people in order to maximize corporate profits.

We need to bring back the top tax rate... We need to make corporations pay for the true cost of overseas manufacturing. We need to realize that the MSM vs RWM echo chambers were created to keep the American public distracted while they took us for all we have or will make in the future.
