Yes... what you linked there is Gwinnett county and it says that the ballots must be mailed to the permanent address of the registered voter barring those few exceptions.
This is why I kept saying that baring some extremely masterful hacking and altering of how the United States Postal Service delivers the mail an EVIL CORP representative would have to hide in the bushes by the voter's mail box and steal the ballot from their mail box in order to fill it out and mail it back. (Note: its also a federal offense to steal shit from people's mail box)

Seriously, if he had done anything he would have shown more than a WiFi analyzer showing a smart TV somewhere has open WiFi.
Also, he's not detailing ANYTHING just muddying the water. If he's as hopeful to let the truth be known regardless of political pressure, you'd think there'd be accurate information about the poll pads, that they're not dominion machines, and he'd be correcting misinformation.
His video of dominion sales pitch was pretty heavily edited, removed from all context, probably very old from when states first purchased the gear (years ago?) And his review of the manuals from dominion machines is misleading. He's far from impartial as he claims and I wasted too much time watching his smug preaching while he's withholding any technical details that would have provided evidence.
So it's a Georgia state law.

I have conceded that its absolutely possible for EVIL CORP to get their hands on Voters Personal Info... that is the easy part.
In GA a voter had to request a mail in ballot to be mailed to them. They could do that online or via the mail. Either way that ballot has to go to their Permanent Address that is on file with the Election Board.
So, I see two options:
1) They hide in the bushes by the mail box of each and every voter whom they have requested a ballot for, or
2) They somehow hack into the United States Postal Service and or the Election Board and somehow divert those mail in ballots to some other address where they have easy access to get the ballot and then go back in and switch everything back to cover their tracks
But, again... assume they can get this done without getting caught. They still have to figure out to select just the right voters to make sure a significant number of them don't actually also request a mail in ballot or show up to vote in person

He was very off-putting... The biggest red flag to me was the way that he bullied and redirected anyone that tried to question him. He was a pompous ass that pontificated rather than presenting a thoughtful analysis. I knew he was all bluster from the way he conducted himself. Reminded me of Newman from Seinfeld.

I can tell you that 100% of the ballots have no physical address information, because there are no addresses on ballots.
