Trump does not make that decision. The Supreme Court is a court of Certiorari so they are not required to take any case that is submitted to them.

The case in PA has gone as far as it can in the courts system in the federal system, short of the Supreme Court. So Trump could request the Supreme court review the lower court's decisions. The Supreme Court can take up the case and hear it. But they don't have to do so. If you have ever heard the phrase "Cert denied" it means that they Supreme Court declined hearing the case and the ruling of the lower court stands.

I believe that they won’t grant cert. this has been a shitshow on an epic scale and they don’t want to touch it with a 10 feet pole.

all the trump campaign needs to do is get a look at the ballots. Forget all the other remedies for now. They are all digital why cant we have them all released . That and an independent signature check and he wins.

And they have not been successful so far. What you are forgetting is that they can say anything outside of the courtroom, so trusting what they says, and show, in press conferences is a bit gullible. It’s what they shows in the courtroom is what matters and so far they have not been convincing

I disagree. Trump gained on his numbers everywhere apart from these swing states. A mixture of the stand alone complex and very poor vote checks have cost him this election.
