@RobertGrulerEsq We had a guy where I grew up that was allowed a higher than legal limit of blood alcohol. He was always getting popped even when people knew, had recorded, he had nothing to drink. Turned out his body didn't process food correctly, so he was effectively born drunk and lived his entire life that way. So, by court order his legal limit was set higher. I was like 5 or 6 when my dad talked about the case, so early 70's.
Thanks @Maw okay then I was explaining it wrong! Thank you
Japan BAC .02 your in trouble
No problem, I didn't mind. You're not a math dude, you're a lawyer.
Maybe later in the 70's.
I'm really really bad at it.
It has been 40 years.
I just defer those questions.
Google but it linked to this: https://awareawakealive.org/educate/blood-alcohol-content
Thanks @meglide
Rumble is uploading at like 300kpbs is that normal?
oof.
Might need to use a different codec or rerender the video at a more compressed rate.
used to work where we had an informal Scotch Club ... kept a breathalyzer with alcohol ... no one drove themselves home over the limit was the rule
Yea my videos are like 15 gbs after the stream
I imagine 300 kb/s at raw video quality -- yeah
That'd take a day or two.
@RobertGrulerEsq I think not. That is in part an ISP issue for me, I am capped. But you might contact Rumble directly.
Good rule. We see some people come in at .3 and .4 even and they are still functional.
Naw, pretty sure Rob has at least 100 mbit net.
@Maw Then I am moving in to game at his office. My PJs don't take up much room ... 😉
I seem to remember the scandinavian record being 1.4, that is 14 in your system. 😄
A finnish truck driver.
no wait...you measure %
He probably uploads normally at I'm guessing around 5-10 MB/s.
we measure 1/1000s
so 1,4 in the american system
I think with a 20% BAC you'd have instant kidney failure/liver failure. Doc would likely know.
Yea I botched the math I'm sure
As I tend to do
Sometimes I get bold and try to do it on the fly
It's all good.
Bad idea
Thanks for the corrections.
@RobertGrulerEsq dont worry it's not my best subject either I love it but it's harder for me
Just keep in mind no one is laughing at you, Rob.
1.4 is 0.14 for us ... 0.08 or 0.8 in your units is legally drunk in most states
I think some are, @Maw I'm okay with that too
We all make mistakes like that.
Good show
