@meglide For these exact reasons, the CDC here is fielding the vaccine for geriatric pts within the next few days. They will then wait for a couple of months, and if no reports of serious hyperimmunity or ADE, everyone 65+ in the spring, and if no serious reports by august, then everyone else.
