So you can spread SARS Cov 2 but not covid 19. My question is, is that relevant to the lawsuit? Is it reasonable to claim the issue as moot given that you literally can’t spread covid 19? I’m a scientist so the distinction is obvious to me but I’m curious what that mean w respect to the law. Ik language is super important when it comes to the law.
