@Jacob Regarding Poland, I'm actually concerned that the Central and Eastern Europe may not have fully avoided the infection; it's just delayed-onset. They don't fully perceive the danger due to lack of recent, significant experience with diversity. I think it may well come to pass that Western Europe may snatch itself from the jaws of death, only to have to turn around and stave off decline in the east.
