First 2-3 months I only did chest, biceps and triceps. Now I do push/pull split seven days a week.
Push: flat bench, incline bench, military press, dumbbell shoulder press, straight bar tricep extension, cable tricep extension and dips
Pull: lat pulldown, cable row, pull ups, chin ups and bicep curl
I've neglected my legs and stomach
Just shaved my torso now it looks more defined wtf
