probably broken down protein chains
like BCAA supplmenet
and various forms of concentrated broken down simple protein chains

protein powder is easy to buy and doesnt cost much
easy to take too much proteins though
But calorie restrict so whatever.
probably tastes like crap but who cares
unless you have serious kidney problems
