to reduce the chances of salmonella

2016-08-11 06:22:19 UTC

and other surface contamination diseases

2016-08-11 06:22:25 UTC

Well, yeah, theres still normal propteins there just very limited.

2016-08-11 06:22:37 UTC

I can get fresh eggs from a farm nearby thoo

2016-08-11 06:22:50 UTC

idk how valid those claims of absorption of denature proteins are

2016-08-11 06:22:57 UTC

it's just a matter to levels of extent

2016-08-11 06:23:02 UTC

Don't really like gulping down eggs for health benefit though

2016-08-11 06:23:07 UTC

obviously if you burn it down to pure carbon

2016-08-11 06:23:09 UTC

it's useless

2016-08-11 06:23:10 UTC

Meh we eat denature proteins daily

2016-08-11 06:23:15 UTC

I fry my meat a lot

2016-08-11 06:23:19 UTC

but if you're just causing conformational changes, it should still breakdown

2016-08-11 06:23:26 UTC

technically I should be exposed to that cancer causing fat more than others

2016-08-11 06:23:32 UTC

i still thin kthek absorption rate should still be huge.

2016-08-11 06:24:34 UTC

I wonder, if you grill normally-and the fat hits the fire

2016-08-11 06:25:20 UTC

Nah, not possible. I came up with some sick idea that sounds too absurd.

2016-08-11 06:25:49 UTC

So what's the most efficient form of protein?

2016-08-11 06:25:55 UTC

eat raw egg

2016-08-11 06:25:58 UTC

no

2016-08-11 06:25:59 UTC

gulp it down

2016-08-11 06:26:06 UTC

probably broken down protein chains

2016-08-11 06:26:11 UTC

like BCAA supplmenet

2016-08-11 06:26:23 UTC

and various forms of concentrated broken down simple protein chains

2016-08-11 06:26:26 UTC

So amino acids from various sources?

2016-08-11 06:26:34 UTC

yeah pretty much lol

2016-08-11 06:26:45 UTC

Already doing that.

2016-08-11 06:26:47 UTC

protein powder is easy to buy and doesnt cost much

2016-08-11 06:26:55 UTC

easy to take too much proteins though

2016-08-11 06:26:59 UTC

But calorie restrict so whatever.

2016-08-11 06:27:11 UTC

probably tastes like crap but who cares

2016-08-11 06:27:15 UTC

unless you have serious kidney problems

2016-08-11 06:27:22 UTC

I'm not sure if there's such thing as too much proteine

2016-08-11 06:27:27 UTC

I like the taste of whey

2016-08-11 06:27:32 UTC

it will go out, but thats the problem, its wasteful

2016-08-11 06:27:36 UTC

So one should know how much to take

2016-08-11 06:27:43 UTC

its also this, my friend here pumped too much muscles

2016-08-11 06:27:56 UTC

now he's gotta stay fit for the rest of his life or well, you know what happens to muscles afterwards?

2016-08-11 06:28:09 UTC

He has to maintain.

2016-08-11 06:28:22 UTC

Forever

2016-08-11 06:28:24 UTC

And ever

2016-08-11 06:28:26 UTC

yeah, protein is expensive relative to other food groups, so yeah it becomes wasteful if you're eating more amino acids than you need, but as far as "too much", assuming proper calorie count, it shouldn't matter.
