2019-05-01 13:16:14 UTC

@Semi Truck mc Clusterfuck I was 278.4 this morning. That makes just over 5 lbs this week. Must just be water weight tbh

2019-05-01 13:16:43 UTC

just do a water fast bro

2019-05-01 13:16:51 UTC

60 lbs in 30 days

2019-05-01 13:17:20 UTC

Yeah bro, why don't I just actually kms

2019-05-01 13:17:25 UTC

Lose all weight instantly

2019-05-01 13:17:51 UTC

diets dont work anyways

2019-05-01 13:17:54 UTC

enjoy your rebound

2019-05-01 13:17:57 UTC

@Matthew you'll see, weight loss goes quite fast when you're extra thicc, but it slows down once you don't have much fat left, then you'll have to start exercising to lose the rest

2019-05-01 13:18:51 UTC

you have to eat like this for the rest of your life if you wish to maintain that weight

2019-05-01 13:18:55 UTC

and it's simply impossible

2019-05-01 13:18:57 UTC

and congrats on keeping the diet

2019-05-01 13:19:08 UTC

just do intermittent fasting and OMAD

2019-05-01 13:19:12 UTC

simple and easy

2019-05-01 13:19:15 UTC

@Jignx "diets don't work" in the sense that there is no specific combo of foods that will magically make your body burn fat. But if you eat less calories than you burn you will lose weight

2019-05-01 13:19:18 UTC

and you can still eat whatever you want

2019-05-01 13:19:33 UTC

@Jignx I lost 15 kg dieting a couple years ago and I'm still eating as much as I ate during the diet

2019-05-01 13:21:04 UTC

yeah but you've been fat for a long time, it's easier to gain back all you lost

2019-05-01 13:21:10 UTC

due to all the existing fat cells there

2019-05-01 13:21:23 UTC

@Jignx dear, you are brainlet. "Eating like this the rest of your life" is not impossible in the slightest, because the "diet" for me is literally eating normal person amounts of food. Getting fat and STAYING fat is WORK. For me to maintain my weight, I have to eat literally 3000+ calories a day

2019-05-01 13:21:47 UTC

whenever I start gaining a couple kg I do keto for a few weeks

2019-05-01 13:21:54 UTC

then it's back to my good weight

2019-05-01 13:22:13 UTC

I just do intermittent fasting

2019-05-01 13:22:18 UTC

or water fasts

2019-05-01 13:22:38 UTC

I can eat whatever I want, I dont need to worry about calorie counting

2019-05-01 13:23:32 UTC

Always funny when people think somehow their body violates the laws of thermodynamics and CICO doesn't work

2019-05-01 13:23:50 UTC

Like fatties who claim they're fat because of muh genetics

2019-05-01 13:24:02 UTC

^

2019-05-01 13:24:06 UTC

genetics play a huge factor though

2019-05-01 13:24:09 UTC

CICO is just a muth

2019-05-01 13:24:09 UTC

you're just fat shaming ree

2019-05-01 13:24:11 UTC

myth

2019-05-01 13:24:36 UTC

humans are not perfect thermodynamic machines

2019-05-01 13:24:36 UTC

Your body cannot create fat from nothing. It takes energy. About 3500 calories for a pound of fat

2019-05-01 13:24:41 UTC

a calorie is not a calorie

2019-05-01 13:24:51 UTC

the unit of a calorie is still an imperfect science

2019-05-01 13:25:11 UTC

2000 calories of carbs is completely different in how it acts in your body compared to 2000 calories of protein
