@Matthew you'll see, weight loss goes quite fast when you're extra thicc, but it slows down once you don't have much fat left, then you'll have to start exercising to lose the rest
you have to eat like this for the rest of your life if you wish to maintain that weight
and it's simply impossible

@Jignx "diets don't work" in the sense that there is no specific combo of foods that will magically make your body burn fat. But if you eat less calories than you burn you will lose weight
and you can still eat whatever you want
@Jignx I lost 15 kg dieting a couple years ago and I'm still eating as much as I ate during the diet
yeah but you've been fat for a long time, it's easier to gain back all you lost
due to all the existing fat cells there
@Jignx dear, you are brainlet. "Eating like this the rest of your life" is not impossible in the slightest, because the "diet" for me is literally eating normal person amounts of food. Getting fat and STAYING fat is WORK. For me to maintain my weight, I have to eat literally 3000+ calories a day
whenever I start gaining a couple kg I do keto for a few weeks
then it's back to my good weight
I just do intermittent fasting
or water fasts
I can eat whatever I want, I dont need to worry about calorie counting
