Yeah do it, honestly a good high you get from it as well lol... Takes about 15min per session, and what I enjoy about it is another 5 min of steady deep breathing through the nose. You really zone in then, and your surrounding environment becomes quiet regardless of whatever distractions might be present, ideal for a few minutes of mediation. Do this between every transition of my routine, and then repeat my routine to myself to strengthen my memory and focus. Should do you alot of good, but you really have to just do it.

No, but it is working now.... Weird really. Watched the video this morning, commented, been getting updates to comments with no issues, but the link just directed me to the video is not available, even though I could view it from my YouTube notifications, hence I made my own link, which also didn't work... But it's working now.
