What are we doing on Tinder?
I'd ask this girl out now but I'm not too keen on having to say "Hey babe I'm leaving for a couple days to hang out with IE" like 3 weeks into a relationship
Out of the loop here.
Gotta ease into that
say you're going on spring break then
thats what I told family
you're gonna have to say that kind of stuff eventually
@fgtveassassin
Why do you have to tell her lmao
Chad tactic. Girls get interested in the mysterious stuff you do.
I would love to have parents to whom I could just say "lol I'm going on a trip"
@Jacob well my PARENTS know. I meant the extended parts who were curious
ahhh
I don't really know my extended family, so...
@Kingfish please reply to your Slack DM's
I’m still in the dark on the IE Tinder operation.
my parents would probably flip out if they found out about this stuff
My parents know about IE, I told them pretty early on because they were really curious why I was all of a sudden going on these trips, they're relatively OK with it, I haven't gotten any push back so far
My parents know my political views

They reluctantly accept it
My parents know, my dad’s happier than my mom. Both parents are afraid I’m becoming a “hater.”
My dad occasionally starts arguments about it and then when I respond gets mad at me for talking about politics too much
My dad likes making smart ass comments about IE whenever I bring up I'm doing something related to it but that's about it

Mine literally *starts a discussion about politics* and then gets mad at me for talking about politics
(((Immigration lawyers and judges)))
Unsurprising why he's divorced and doesn't have many friends
I gave up talking to my dad about politics, he just can't get past "yeah but republicans are dumb" like yeah dad, I know
My dad picks arguments because we’ve always had intellectual back and forths. All in good faith.
>thinking either party are any different at this point
But it drives my mom crazy after a bit.
If anything my mom is the one who discusses in good faith. And she voted for Hillary.
He's a democrat because he wants things like free healthcare, but can't understand that they don't care about poor whites
My parents have a general idea about my views when I start ranting about Congolese cannibals
My mom voted for Hillary just because she got in the poll booth and was terrified someone she knew was watching her.
I had a friend who didn't vote because he's afraid that some day his employer is going to see that he voted Republican
Paranoia to the extreme lmao
