the source goes into detail how aluminium first causes immune activation in the body and what happens when that same process takes place in the brain, how that'll affect behavior

the reasoning is easy to make based on chemistry for the first part:
1) the aluminum salts used in vaccines do not dissolve in water, therefore they do not dissolve in blood or any bodily fluids
2) the come in the form of a suspension that is injected intramuscular in most cases, sometimes intradermal

this is where step 1 begins

step 2, immune activation takes place, macrophages take some of the particles of aluminum

step 3, macrophages travel to the lymph system

and there it likely releases the aluminum, (step 4)

step 5, aluminum travels to the brain

and step 6: immune activation takes place in the brain
