domestic housecats like that little guy have a non lethal terminal velocity. Pretty insane

because the acceleration of gravity is constant or something

just the way they are built. Their terminal velocity is 62mph and a fall at that speed wont kill them. Often times it wont even hurt them

They also have a self righting mechanism, so the thing about them always landing on their feet ain’t a joke

that they do. I just think its wild that you can drop one of those little bastards out of a 747 at cruising altitude and itll be fine lol
