How did you like Keto?

You can prep your food in the morning, let it cook all day while you’re at work or something and then have food usually for the rest of the week

You can get a 6 quart one on amazon for like 25$ bucks

I have just cut my portions and only eat twice a day paired with working out 6 days a week I have slimed down while building muscle. Not to discount your guys' methods, just saying that had worked for me over the last couple months.

Nah, after 1 day on a keto diet most peoples glucose storage has emptied and they begin using fat for fuel

Then drop all food after the body enters ketosis, an then ur just burning straight fat during your entire fast

It’s good for the body to go a few days without eating every now and again
