"There are cruise ships to Antarctica" yet somehow nasa (an organization that is unrelated to military pressure) both erases peoples memories of only select specific times and only those times (permanently) then also fills their brain with completely clear memories of their trip to Antarctica will leaving the brain relatively and to completely all observable features unharmed.
