well have fun with your strawman
all i said was it depends on focal length and i proved that
Go ahead and evade dealing with the fact that you've been proven wrong
I didn't strawman, you said it was due to different focal length. I asked for evidence to the 2 different focal length used, the burden of proof now lies on you.
Strawman
I never said that
I said it depends on focal length
And I proved that
Now you said focal length CANT explalin this
lets see yoru proof, you have 3 minutes
Are you not going to show proof for your explanation?
Lol @everyone look at the flerfer in cog dis, and strawmanning
My only interjection (if that's the right word) is that for the picture to be possible, you'd need to have the camera positioned significantly farther than the moon, and you'd need a depth of field (DOF) that is deep enough to fit both the Earth and the Moon.
proof of my explanation
I guess that's a no?
Is the only way someone can be a flat earther is to be willingly blind?
!mute @BallsOutScience
I don't have a problem with faulty arguments, I do have a problem with attacks.
yep, I saw that
I spent $1000 on furniture stuff and uphosteries
I can't bring in used furniture without a thorough inspection for bed bugs
OMFG, wrong chat
@rivenator12113 damn you got rekt by that guy
he proved focal length and you could do nothing but mute him for proving you wrong?
how is that civil debate?
!mute @Rivetor
@Rivetor he got muted for attacking character (the person) rather than attacking the position
is it easier to make an account or mute? 🤔
I think that depends on if the person is using a VPN
I was talking with him in dms and he got mad then he told me he's gonna make new accounts to troll.
some people complain that discord "features" are getting too intrusive, and then you have trolls... it's like... complaining about there's too many police, but then there's ice cream lickers.
How *is* that image possible, though? I see flat earthers use it a lot, but I don't really trust their explanations for it...which satellite, and how far away was it orbiting?
@oƃǝW correct me if I'm wrong, but the argument is this: Space is not real, therefore satellites are not real, therefore the image is fake.
That's the jist of what I think is the argument made
@oƃǝW dscovr satellite
