Ok...so what I can gather Richard Daley was a very popular and well like Mayor in Chicago many years ago...during Kennedy. this Rahm Emanuel is the current mayor of chicago. He worked for the Clinton campaign and he joined the Clinton administration, where he served as the assistant to the president for political affairs and as the senior advisor to the president for policy and strategy before resigning, in 1998. Not sure how they link to Obama outside of being chicago
