First time possession it's a misdemeanor in some states.

But if your trying to sell it, or get caught with it multiple times then you'll go to prison for a year or two.

@JPMcGlone one can only be skeptical of ideas, not people (‘skeptics’). And to your point, maybe there is. Just hasn’t been demonstrated with any evidence or logical argument. And maybe it can’t be because it’s an unfalsifiable position to hold 🙂 ... what I mean to say is ‘ Only idiots are certain’ - on both sides of any idea

As I said I borrowed the phrase to communicate that certainty is not good on either side of an argument - nice good faith shown to throw that back in my face even though the whole point of my message was to agree with you in that both sides should be skeptical and not hold on to dogmatic certainity.
