I wonder if the term "mainstream media" is outdated. (The internet is mainstream, things that happen on Twitter get reported on the main nightly new bulletins...etc etc?)
Wishing death is a tad too far ok. But politics / celebrity seems to always encourage such hyperbole. Perhaps we all become spectators at the Colosseum, or we all think we are watching cartoon characters?
