You and i may not agree on every little, or even big thing in the patriot movement, Christian doctrine etc., but I am reminded of a depression era song my mother used to sing. "You've got to accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative and don't mess with mister in-between. Not saying there aren't serious discussions to be had. Just saying that common ground is the best place to start any of those discussions.

@Prayer Warrior Please pray for my brother who has just been admitted in the hospital. It may be his gallbladder and his sugar levels are very high. He is a veteran and has many health problems due to being in Iraq during Desert Storm.

Lost my job last September because of health issues. Got denied unemployment and haven't been able to find another one. Had a couple interviews that just haven't panned out. Burned through my savings and maxed out my credit cards trying to keep a roof over my head and pay the bills. Gas is cut off, phones are cut off, car insurance runs out Monday, credit cards are saying court mid-month, I'm now 3 months behind on my house payment, and just found out I'm about to be homeless unless there's some kind of miracle. Please pray for me. I have no other hope. Thank you. 😭

Do you have a church home? Many churches have funds to help the needy. If there is something in particular I can do I will do it but I live well below the poverty level myself. I do know that God has always met my needs, sometimes in very unexpected ways.

The Word is God is meant to reveal the character of God. It’s mean to unite the believer of it.

@Lostie_815 I think you're right about that. What I meant,however, was whether it is a uniter or divider of people. What does the Word say about itself? Check Mathew 10:34 and Hebrews 4:12.
