Metaboliem is shit
and since ive been at camp all week i decided to go extra hard after not riding for an entire week
I mean I do work out
kinda got bored of them when i listen to them i rather listen to the original
i'm 6'1 226 pounds as of last night
i go up and down in weight
Everyday
Otherwise I’d become a ballon

if i eat like i want to i would
I have a decent diet too
this one is good
And intermittent fast
i lose weight during fasts
it was a great street fight
of which there are many in the Orthodox church

i've lost 20 pounds in a month with intermittent fasting
eating pretty much what i want but only 2pm to 6pm
@datsneefa No I eat normally all the other days
You take can supplements when fasting if you need to
Has helped me drop weight
fasting has positive effects to kick start merabolism
Now I’m dealing with skinny weight
but it seems a bit excessive to do it twice a week
Like ideal weight
But skinny fat
so like on plateus

like muslims during ramadan

I only do this when I’m not at school or work
