Does anybody else out there feel like "Watch NYC", "Watch CA", is a "fake left, then go right" by Trump, referring to Chicago or Florida or anywhere else besides NYC or CA?

Could also refer to Midwestern "illegals" removed from country due to a lack of any reasonable sense about, or aspiration of, American culture, thinking welcoming and supportive means "free ride".
