I mean, there's allegations - I personally believe them due to evidence in the form of older therapist notes, before he was considered for the SCOTUS

But beyond that, he's got quite a terrible record in terms of what he's supported

The evidence for the allegations have been literally disproven though, there is nothing that can indicate that he was remotely involved.

in terms of what he supported I mean it depends im not particularly wel read in that field but generally I think he might be whats necessary to rectify a lot of what the US has going wrong in it. I mean its not like it will change much, its not like the deep state or any state actually provides change on it sown that is good for the people :/ Not this state at least

He supported the US threatening crimes against humanity to a civilian.

He also supported not allowing a lawsuit for the torture said civilian had to go through

He said that Exxon mobile shouldn't be charged for human rights violations they committed in Indonesia because the US didn't have jurisdiction in Indonesia

He's also advocated for the NSA and metadata collection

Arguing that it shouldn't be limited or blocked whatsoever

So unless you think that companies being prosecuted for violating human rights, a lack of torture, and not enough governmental wiretapping are all blights on America
