Depends, some can very well socially adjusted others not so much. Generally the higher your IQ the more you social skills are impaired, at times ive seen these people basically seem autistic at first. However their real genious seems to mostly be the fact that they learn things beyond quickly and as such are the quickest to apply them, however their capacity to create something new, to theorize or think independantly... that Ive had mixed experiences with.

Generally most people I know with 130 ish IQ are somewhat well socialized, others (particularly the higher) absolutely not. Sometimes I wonder how they are filling the positions they do and then I see what they have on paper and how quick the newest info is absorbed and applied by them.

That and as someone said mental illness and depression, generally there is a plethora of issues, as well as being indecisive is a major trait of high IQ, which is why high IQ wont in and of itself make you a chad buisnussman or stem leader.
