i cannot discriminate against them
i cannot be partial
for they are my coheir in christ
christianity is inherently internationalist
cooperative on a global level
attending to the impracticality of reach with cooperating with distant powers
You need to be smart about it tho
For example
Foreign Aid doesn't help
Rarely if ever does it help
not the way its handled no it doesnt help
The issue I find is that, since the wife or family member, your born parents are given different status due to immutable virtues that they posess, beign your wife, your parents, and you cna discriminate based on this in favor of them. Then the same applies the farther we distance ourselves from that nucleus. Essentially creating a massive extended family where the importance of people gts lesser. the issue is that through discrimination i do not place lesser value on someones life, however rather it applies to their worth towards you and your group. God does not forbid us from creating nations and working in such a way, god did not create us with in group bias so that we could simply throw that away.
The church might be international however why should its doctrines apply to the people to force them into misery because they cannot discrimiante and form an enviorment that is best for them? By forcing people to not discriminate we inevitably lower the enviorment for everyone and deny people the right to say who they want to live next to. This is a false sense of equality of worth. All life is equally valuable however not all life is equally worthy to each member withing a group.
If christianity is intimately tied to such cuckery then its fall is inevitable, and the euro countries will necessarily regress towards something that is more bound in reason and allows for them to survive, to exist. God did not deny man to create boarders or to lock his house. He did not deny man the right to discriminate on immutable characteristics because these characteristics are part of any persons character. However in the end we will all go and god will accept us for he is god (different matter entirely if people accept him)
(NOTE: I am not a practicing catholic, however i have read a great deal about death, i study and work near death constantly, and from my personal research and observations my conclusions are simply different. However I was baptised and am catholic, however currently im in a bit of a vaccume on orthodoxy vs. catholicism)
Any idea how the orthodox approach this question?
The reason we honor our parents and elders moreso is the natural order that God created and instructed, not an isolated instance of inequality that we can apply through our own made up strata
i do not argue on a theocratic basis but through the workings of the church
and a Christian's relation and valuing of what its nation does in comparison to the church
oh
in my mind
you should be most loyal to your parents
than to any other person
You would literally not exist
It doesnt matter what your parents did
Its hte fact that you yourself would not be htere
if your parents hadnt done it with each other
if god hadnt shown them love
You are to honor your parents
that does not mean act in accordance with their wishes if they act ungodly
You are to obey them unles they order you to sin.
unless they order you to contradict God yes
agreed
Indeed, family is only superseded by God.
ys
true, however what does this mean? That we need necessarily be internationalist or globalists?
Because we can agree on this position however where does this lead us?
Internationalism =/= globalism
i believe a one world government under God is hte best outcome for humanity
@PebbЛe What would the specific difference be, illa dmit im not enlightened and ignorant on this
Internationalism is cooperation of nations and globalism is the integration of nations into a supranational entity
@Deleted User That wouldn't work.
@PebbЛe makes sense, however what is its practicality. Enforced or willing. is it more of a optimal situation or something to be enforeced? Basically what im trying to say is would nations nevessarily be forced to cooperate for internationalism or rather would they be free to cooperate if they so choose?
Would such an ideological position also not mandate certain values be held by the nations?
In a way it seems, if my suspicions are corect, partly a step towards slipping into globalism, or the current EU.
