It’s over controlled by the state

And that’s not how socialism is defined

It’s either collectively owned by the state or workers

And second of all, even though the industry was totally private. Which means not state run and run for profit.

Because the state controls the economy through strong intervention

Socialism isn’t just when the government regulates companies

Socialism is where the MoP is collectively owned by the stage or workers
