Yet they were told what to make , how to make it, when to make it with price controls and strong regulation

They weren’t over regulated, the companies agreed on the terms. Hitler wanted support of big businesses (except the Jewish ones), so he gave them as many beneficial regulations as possible

And that’s not how socialism is defined

And second of all, even though the industry was totally private. Which means not state run and run for profit.
