I agree that we should shrink or abolish welfare over time

I simply think some are predisposed to see welfare as advantageous for them

You may win a few over, but the Republicans will never be able to get over 20% of them

Blacks specifically

There are a hell of a lot of republican red neck welfare bums

Not as significantly as it is with the black population

Still bad!

You will have a lot of people in any demographic that will use the programs

The issue is proportions

Instead of blaming certain groups when they all do it, we just cut it off

I’m not a “welfare for whites” person.
I believe in welfare for none

Philosophically, I believe that welfare ought to be used as a hand-up, such as for people with disabilities that can't help it, as well as a reward for those who have served our country and lived in our country for a while

I'm not saying we should discriminate on who we allow on welfare on a racial basis

But I do believe that poverty based welfare has a heavy tendency to stimulate nonwhite births at the cost of white middle class families

This is true, it does stimulate an increased birth rate amongst certain groups

He's talking to an audience that's white as rice about how well the hispanics and blacks are doing

He should talk about all the heroin that's going to be stopped when the wall goes up and how China's going to bring down their steel tariffs, which is a big victory for American steel workers
