OH12 early vote is currently D+14, with 15% of ballots from non-D/R voters (I’d reckon they’re breaking O’Connor). In 2016, about 1/3rd of all ballots cast were cast early. In effect, Balderson (R) probably needs to win the Election Day vote by 10 points to win.
