I do believe absentee ballots do strongly favour Democrats almost universally however.
The disabled, pensioners, lazy, college students etc.

Also, they mentioned Franklin county which is where Columbus is and that is a Democratic county. It isn't strong, but it is Democratic.

apply the same shift, because Monmouth has Balderson+1, you'd get Balderson+6

however, who knows what the shift will be, and that relies on the assumption that Monmouth is being accurate
