The Ohio Revised Code (R.C) 5747.01(I) defines a "resident" of Ohio for the purposed of the Ohio income tax. A "resident' is an individual who is domiciled in this state, subject to R.C. 5747.24, A "nonresident" is an individual that is not a resident.

Kasich hasn't been in Ohio for over the last three months.

2018-08-31 16:25:03 UTC

2018-08-31 16:29:48 UTC

>first 10 results are all minorities

2018-08-31 17:58:49 UTC

yep

2018-08-31 19:11:15 UTC

Absolutely haram

2018-08-31 19:11:24 UTC

We need a federal prohibition on felon voting.

2018-08-31 19:13:00 UTC

DOesn't virginia allow their felons to vote?

2018-08-31 19:13:09 UTC

Depends.

2018-08-31 19:13:49 UTC

map key?

2018-08-31 19:14:02 UTC

Green = voting takes place in prisons

2018-08-31 19:14:31 UTC

Montana more cucked than california :D

2018-08-31 19:14:35 UTC

Almost green = Felons cannot vote while imprisoned, but can vote after release.

2018-08-31 19:14:48 UTC

Yeah, California is generally not that bad in regards to criminal law issues.

2018-08-31 19:14:55 UTC

It has the death penalty etc.

2018-08-31 19:14:59 UTC

For now.

2018-08-31 19:15:04 UTC

:)

2018-08-31 19:15:10 UTC

As my grandfather used to say

2018-08-31 19:15:18 UTC

Chin up son, it only gets worse from here."

2018-08-31 19:15:41 UTC

I think the California government wants to abolish it via legislative power now that the voters there have pushed for more death penalties, rather than abolition.

2018-08-31 19:16:09 UTC

I thought it's been abolished for a while in CA?

2018-08-31 19:16:17 UTC

death penalty?

2018-08-31 19:16:28 UTC

Like back in the 70s, that's why they couldn't get Charlie Manson executed

2018-08-31 19:16:32 UTC

In states like California, you become eligible again after parole ends. In light blue states, like Louisiana, felon disenfranchisement lasts until the end of probation.

2018-08-31 19:16:40 UTC

And nope, they reestablished the death penalty after that.

2018-08-31 19:16:46 UTC

oh ok

2018-08-31 19:16:50 UTC

And I think it was a judicial action

2018-08-31 19:17:11 UTC

hmm

2018-08-31 19:17:11 UTC

So they just passed a new statute

2018-08-31 19:17:56 UTC

Anyway, as you can see

2018-08-31 19:18:16 UTC

In Virginia, very few felons can vote; they must individually petition to have their voting ability back.

2018-08-31 19:20:07 UTC

Also, it needs to be personally approved by the Governor.

2018-08-31 19:20:10 UTC

what?

2018-08-31 19:20:12 UTC

which one

2018-08-31 19:20:47 UTC

not sure, I didn't see anything wrong with that

2018-08-31 19:21:04 UTC

those libertarian "conservatives" are parasites

2018-08-31 19:21:56 UTC

Glad to see Trump taking a tough stance on the Amazon and the tech giants
