that's hard to say. There haven't been any studies/research done on the right-wing voters who might be staying home. We had a guy a while back named Button Mash who claimed he'd stay home because there wasn't a wall, though he could be an extreme outlier, which wouldn't surprise me because the guy is an exceptional autist
But the wall is a permanent standing fixture. It defines, "this is Mexico, and this is the United States" and it keeps people who want to cross at bay.

and if you assume polling is accurate, there are a bunch of 'Unlikely' voters who probably lean GOP who aren't sampled in the polls because they don't claim they're likely voters

It's not supposed to be a fucking fix all for the fifth time. It'll massively reduce the inflow of illegals and make the border more easily defensible. Of course it must be coupled with ICE expansion and increased patrols.

It's not going to zap 22 million illegals back to mexico in an instant, but it will make re-entry nearly impossible, and then we can focus on major ICE expansion.
It's not like I'm against that, it's just that we need all of it, and the first step is the wall.
