Schweet summed up the stomach expansion pretty well how your body can get used to eating a lot more and eating less can be painful. Fasting and delaying a meal are two separate things. I don't know very much about fasting.

Fasting is something that you need to research before doing before you end up getting bigger when you crash off the lifestyle. You start off with a large eating window and a small no eating window, as you progress, you up the no eating window to say 16:8 16 hrs being no eating, 8 eating window.

Starting run/walking a 4.5km course around my neighborhood and I can now run more than half of it when in the beginning my fatass could only walk it and even that was kind of a struggle.

I belive in IF, but bambi is 100% right. You'll gain it back with intrest if you dont watchout.

2020-05-23 02:19:03 UTC

as is the same with any diet...

2020-05-23 02:19:38 UTC

if you go on a diet to cut calories out of what you usually eat, then go back to eating that amount after, you're gonna gain weight

2020-05-23 02:19:59 UTC

losing weight is a lifestyle change

2020-05-23 02:20:13 UTC

and you need to implement said changes in order to maintain the loss

2020-05-23 02:20:37 UTC

Yeah you cant eat over your bodies calorie burn if you dont wanna gain weight.

2020-05-23 02:20:56 UTC

my point is it doesnt matter the diet

2020-05-23 02:21:16 UTC

potato diet/keto/if/paleo/dingdong/wingching/your sisters ass/the pony express

2020-05-23 02:21:31 UTC

Lol

2020-05-23 02:21:33 UTC

if you dont make a lifestyle change you're gonna gain

2020-05-23 02:21:58 UTC

you either have to exercise to make up for extra calories or you have to eat less

2020-05-23 02:22:19 UTC

a lot of it is portion control

2020-05-23 02:22:32 UTC

like, holy shit we are not taught portion control ***at all***

2020-05-23 02:22:40 UTC

Fuck no were no

2020-05-23 02:22:41 UTC

i'm 21 and i struggle with it at times

2020-05-23 02:22:48 UTC

Not

2020-05-23 02:23:03 UTC

i make myself a lot more aware of what's actually filling when i'm on keto because i have to watch for my carbs

2020-05-23 02:23:19 UTC

I found that I can use a calorie counter on my phone. It's got a barcode reader so it makes it hella easy

2020-05-23 02:23:36 UTC

i was hungry as fuck at lunch today, and years ago i'd have eaten a sandwich, a big bag of chips, and a big bottle of soda. easily 900 calories

2020-05-23 02:23:58 UTC

today i had a cheese stick and a handful of almonds and i was good for another 3hr

2020-05-23 02:24:36 UTC

everyone gets used to eating these bigass portions so they're like "oh that must be what it takes for me to feel full"

2020-05-23 02:24:42 UTC

when it isn't

2020-05-23 02:24:46 UTC

at all

2020-05-23 02:25:29 UTC

I've been on and off the wagon for years now. It takes some serious changes for me to feel full off a normal meal.

2020-05-23 02:25:46 UTC

have you tried keto?

2020-05-23 02:26:09 UTC

Yeah, but I keep fucking it up. I was shooting net 33

2020-05-23 02:26:16 UTC

2020-05-23 02:26:26 UTC

2020-05-23 02:26:59 UTC

what did you keep fucking it up on

2020-05-23 02:27:47 UTC

Commitment. Basically. That and I wouldn't get my greens in and end up shitting my brains out.

2020-05-23 02:28:08 UTC

yeah commitment is tough

2020-05-23 02:28:16 UTC

cravings are hard.

2020-05-23 02:29:04 UTC

you need to be careful with the vegetables

2020-05-23 02:29:15 UTC

those carbs can really sneak up on you

2020-05-23 02:29:18 UTC

I ain't got any irl support either. After a long ass day at work, it can be hard to make meals too
