I don't really care much about the paralax or thermal shift and shit, but the poorly made electronics that fall apart and make the dot flicker and go out on tons of them is a deal breaker. It's like playing Russian roulette, some are good, some don't work at all
I’ve had good luck.
Would be awesome if a bunch of people who lived near each other pitched in for a Ghost Gunner 3 CNC mill.
😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️
I really want to get that vortex amg uh-1
Anyone have one?
Honestly a community ghost gunner would be awesome
I have one on my 10.5 rn
Shits cash money
Pass it around and roll your own
😂😂 who wants to rent one?
I want a legit cnc machine when im not poor
Yeah. I ain’t got that kind of money
I have a huge spending problem.
Me too
They're 2,100 apparently, about as much as a moderately Gucci ar
Working my ass off on these shirts, hopefully that'll get some money rolling in. Can't do much with all the quarantine stuff.
I mean for a real Cnc.
$2100 ain’t shit.
>get paid if i work or not
>still fucking work everyday when coworkers have been home for a month
I don’t have $30000 to drop in one
Lol
@Artemis split four ways $2100 is pretty doable.
I guess the only real thing is figuring out where to store it
My city has a co-op workshop. $50/mo. I gotta see if they have a cnc mill. They got everything else lol
I need a shop.
(Bigger shop)
Looks like this place has 3.
CNC Room:
8' x 10' x 1' CNC Machine! 150ipm feed, 5hp spindle, (½” -¼” bits )
1000mmx1000mm Xcarve with Dewalt Trim router. (¼” - ⅛” bits)
400mm x 300mm China Mini CNC. 300watt spindle (Great for detail ⅛” or less work)
How precisely can they mill?
No idea 😂
Tolerances are a bitch when it comes to guns
I'm not a member. Been considering becoming one. $50 to use a CNC mill to finish four ar lowers would be well worth it to me.
Too good of a deal right there
Yeah that’s awesome tbh
@Artemis and those tolerances May or may not be known to most people
Fucking with Tolerances is not something you want to learn first hand.
I’ve been building for a long time. (Not just ARs) I’ve built completely handmade shooters and stuff I seen in a certain cookbook and I have had 6 firearms blow up in my hands
If you fuck up a tolerance first hand it can blow up in your face.
Not to mention tolerance stacking, or not understanding what You’re doing as you modify the way in which the gun is operating
