My state requires a permit for FFL purchases of handguns and "assault weapons". The bootlickers in my state don't even like to sell privately if you don't have a permit even though it's completely legal.

So I'm building my own.

I'm not gonna comply with some bullshit Permit To Purchase if I can help it.
