On a more serious note, I did see something really strange on my trip into Worcester today.
The two gun shops I passed on the way(one small locally owned and a larger one) both had police sitting in the lots. The small one in my town is usually frequented by the local pd so no shocker there, but the other larger shop had a state police cruiser clearly just staking out the lot. MA is NOT gun friendly but seeing that was.....concerning. The Gov just had to allow the shops to open back up, and I clearly got the "intimidation" vibe from the statey camped out

Riot gear is also designed for protection against physical altercations with individuals. Not chemicals, firearms, etc.

You have to have a federal high speed noise dust license to purchase said materials unless it's exempt (like bullet gogo juice) or built into a device that contains under 4 ounces of it, but you don't have to have that license to make it. You must have a form 1 permit to create a single nono noisemaker if it's designed for "non sporting" purposes (making ouchies). However if it burns instead of pops, you don't need that because it's not classified as a nono noisemaker, so you could totally legally make your own self oxidizing iron puddle maker and even throw it.

If you want to have an aneurysm go and read Canada's Firearms Laws and try to make sense of them. Even specialized firearms lawyers trained specifically in Canadian firearms law walk away with bleeding ears and eyeballs.
