Per the description, on Saturday China and India faced off with approx 150 soldiers on each side, no reported fatalities but 4 Indian casualties to 7 Chinese casualties.
The news is just now getting processed and posted about the ordeal
No I was pinged
Something about booting some kid
Well actually it was a moderator ping
Oh Regan got it
Yeah, đź…±etard race đź…±aiter
Yeah don’t worry tony, I got this one 💪
Hasn’t China and India gotten into fist fights at the border befor ?
Speaking of border conflicts, any more word on the north and south Korean exchange of fire?
@TacticalBeard don't know to be honest
Its raining like Forrest Gump right now
So 2 countries who are basicslly war virgins are about to duke it out
Sounds like a show
@LoudPills India and China or North and South Korea?
India and China.
India joining the fight against China would be an interesting development.
Just with their crazy sized population.
Sorta evens out the numbers if India falls out with China
China has all kinds of shiny new equipment and tropps that have no real world experience with combat.
Honestly have no idea who's side Russia would take in WW3.
Russia isnt in a position to take a side really, i could see them being neutral until they figure out whos going to win
Then hop in on one side or another for the last bit of conflict
yeah
aside from their nukes, russia is kinda meh
Russia has quite a few gas pipelines into China that would be targets for conflicts most likely they would help China, if not just to keep the US out of the far east .
Im worried that this pandemic will be ended by a world war
I mean there’s lots of potential for it.
Although it’d be a ww1 style pattern where someone starts and it just pops off
imo WW1 was an engineered catastrophe just like WW2. Now we live in an era when if there was to be another world war it would more than likely go nuclear.
And be a dick measuring contest up until then?
For example >The Samson Option (Hebrew: ברירת שמשון‎, b'rerat shimshon) is the name that some military analysts and authors have given to Israel's deterrence strategy of massive retaliation with nuclear weapons as a "last resort" against a country whose military has invaded and/or destroyed much of Israel.[1]
@Reno ww2 was engineered I agree but I think ww1 was more or less a clusterfuck resulting from national pissing contests that got out of hand. The monarchs of Europe all had incestuous deals and alliances that made the regional conflict all but assured to escalate. Unfortunately in their "divine" obstinance, none was able to prevent being pulled into the conflict
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't WW1 a massive chain reaction of war declarations due to alliances all stemmed from a single assassination?
Pretty much tbh
But also there were a whole bunch of sociopolitical tensions that were just waiting to kick off
America's occupation by the international bankers (Federal Reserve Act 1913) and subsequent involvement in the war destroyed germany. If we didn't fight against them, everything would have fizzled out.
Ferdinand was just the flashpoint
Not really but basically lol. It was the result of the austrian emperor's vendetta against the Serbs, unfortunately his military wasn't up to the task.
